We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for all of our players and spectators. Going forward PYFCL will ask that for all of our future events spectators adhere to the following rules:

• No backpacks, backpack purses, large bags, drawstring bags or purses

• NO Weapons of ANY kind or anything that could be perceived as a weapon (toy guns, BB guns, knives, etc.)

• NO Fighting/Verbal Altercations

• No Gambling

• Parents and Spectators are not allowed to be on the field for any reason

• No laser pointers

• No bottles, cans, and/or coolers.

• No outside food or beverages (except for medical purposes, baby food and reasonable children’s snacks).

• No animals, except certified service animals.

• There will be NO Smoking or use of Tobacco products on School Property

• NO Alcoholic Beverages Allowed on the Property

• No Tents Allowed

• No Tailgating/Grilling on the Property

• No Fireworks

• No loud music other than that provided by the Association

 

  All Coaches, Spectators, and Volunteers will be subject to wanding and search at main entrance. A 3rd party approved security company will conduct Wanding.

PYFCL will have local law enforcement officers on site. Spectators will only be allowed RE-Entry once, anything after that spectators will have to pay for Re-Entry. 

If a player, coach, spectator, or volunteer is ejected or disqualified they are to leave the property immediately. In the event there is a physical altercation, PYFCL will cancel all games. Any Association that causes the disruption will be subject to a fine and will also be subject to have their contract cancelled and banned from any school site going forward.

PYFCL Officials, Association Board Members, approved Security, and Law Enforcement have the right to deny entry and /or eject anyone who fails to comply with these rules and regulations.  These rules/regulations apply not only inside the gate, but also anywhere on the property, including the parking lot. Options to prosecute ANY individual violating ANY behaviors described in this document will be explored by PYFCL.
